Hi! My name is Mandy Guide, a registered dietitian nutritionist, working alongside Tina within the Pointe. My passion for health and nutrition has fueled me in this environment for the past 20 years! If you asked me what other career I would choose if not to be a dietitian, I do not think I would have another answer. I truly believe I was put on this earth to help teach and promote wellness to people.
My strength as a dietitian is meeting the patient where they are starting from. I try to set realistic expectations, and do not want you to be perfect! I try to teach every patient that I do not want you to be on a diet, because you go OFF of a diet. I want to help you achieve a healthy lifestyle where the habits you learn can develop into who you are.
