Ellen Syversen, MPH, NTP, MRWP is a health educator and functional, holistic nutritionist with over 13 years experience working with hundreds of busy individuals to restore energy, resolve digestive issues, and optimize hormone balance. For Ellen, it all comes down to discovering the root cause of a client's symptoms. She is a skilled nutritional detective and provides her clients with a personalized, step-by-step plan to address blocking factors while rebalancing and strengthening the body. She sees clients nationwide via phone and Zoom, and offers functional testing in order to customize diet, lifestyle and supplement programs.

Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Her past experiences have driven her desire to help others reach lifestyle changes in a sustainable and practical way.

Jenna is a Registered Dietitian who has spent much of her nutrition career helping those in the pediatric/young adult population. While seeing a variety of nutrition concerns, she specializes in helping patients in eating disorder recovery and seeks to promote a safe space to pursue a new healthy relationship with food. Jenna uses a patient-centered approach to working with clients, prioritizing patient goals for their health journey. With disordered eating, she uses an intuitive eating framework of counseling in addition to family based therapy to promote a safe and effective environment for healing.

Rocky is a registered dietitian who has been in the field of dietetics for 5 years. She specializes in working with folks affected by/with disordered eating, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and wanting to learn mindful and intuitive eating. She includes a health at every size (HAES) approach and really enjoys working with LGBTQ+IA folks struggling with their relationship with food. Rocky's approach to nutrition care is direct but kind, openness with understanding, and an overall "intensive care bear" approach. Her main job is to listen to you in the moment, provide feedback, help you set and reach specific goals.

My clients want to focus on their nutrition concerns (disordered eating, digestive health, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, autoimmune, fertility, and more) with a dietitian who values quality of life and a healthy relationship to food and body, rather than calorie counting and weight loss. Annie is a Registered Dietitian who focuses on body attunement and gut health. Rooted in evidence based practice, Annie takes into consideration your personal preferences, medical history, financial situation, and more when working with clients to design a plan that is right for them. She believes there is no "one size fits all" approach to nutrition care.
