Goode Nutrition is for those wanting to build a healthy relationship with food and their body, navigate chronic illness with gentle nutrition, and unlearn disordered eating patterns.
My approach is rooted in providing compassionate, collaborative, autonomous care. There is no one-size-fits all approach to anything in life, including nutrition. I aim to partner with you by providing Non-Diet, Health at Every Size, Weight-Inclusive nutrition support. I am here to listen, meet you where you're at, and be your advocate.
