I'd love to work with you to find a calm, flexible, nourished relationship with food and your body. I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieters. I also work from a non-diet approach with those for digestive/gut health, IBS, food sensitivities, dysautonomia (MCAS, POTS, histamine intolerance), and prenatal and postpartum nutrition. I look at your overall health and wellbeing from an individualized, integrative approach. I work collaboratively with you and other healthcare providers on your team. I hope to listen to you and support you towards a more nourished relationship with food and your body.
I've worked with eating disorders in adolescents and adults at various levels of eating disorder care and work to include the family, when appropriate, when working with adolescents or young adults through a FBT-type approach. I always collaborate with other care providers to support your whole-person health and wellbeing.
I can work with clients in VT, CO, CA, MN, FL, MO, and other states depending on licensure laws. Feel free to reach out to learn more or set up a free 15 minute discovery call.
