I enjoy providing support to any woman who finds eating complicated or feels awful in her body. I love working with high schoolers, college students, and adult women. I also enjoy working specifically with moms as they navigate the body and life transitions that come with growing a family. I'm also a Christian, so enjoy conversations around the intersections of Christianity, body size, and food behaviors. Clients work with me to make eating uncomplicated, not be preoccupied with food, to feel less awful in their body, and to like how they take care of themselves.

For a decade I wrote a blog, immaEATthat.com, on eating disorder recovery, a healthy relationship with food, and improving body image. While I no longer write posts, it's a wonderful free resource available for you. For one-on-one sessions, I am trained in eating disorders/disordered eating nutrition counseling and body image repair.
