I specialize in allergy management and kidney disease. I offer one-on-one counseling and education that puts you in control of your nutrition and at the forefront of your own health. I also provide individualized meal plans to help guide you to meet your health goals while allowing you to have the freedom to pick your own meals without feeling restricted.

I know how scary a new diagnosis can be, and how difficult it can be to combine both health and pleasure when it comes to food and medical needs. I am here to guide you through the process of allowing food to be a fun and exciting part of your life again! Whether this is a new diagnosis, or you just want help managing an ongoing issue.
