Hi, I am Janelle Middleton, MPH, RDN, LDN. I completed my graduate course work at Loma Linda University in California and undergraduate studies at Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. I have 8 years of RD experience and earned Employee of the Month in my previous clinical nutrition role. Since I would describe myself as very much a people person, naturally inquisitive, and a great listener, you can expect to feel heard and supported in our sessions. I pride myself on being empathetic and encouraging, while effectively holding you accountable to the goals YOU set for yourself.
One thing you should know about me is that I am a lifelong learner – if I am not reading/researching the latest diet trends, I am playing around with ingredients to make new recipes in the kitchen with as few ingredients as possible.
As I grow in this field my sole drive is to understand and cultivate the relationship with my body, to know what it needs, so I can best take care of it. I believe that everyone should experience such a gift and I want to share that with the world.
