I am passionate about helping individuals heal their relationships with food and their bodies by supporting them in reconnecting to their internal cues and wisdom and building trust with this practice. I believe everyone is worthy and capable of achieving freedom from food distress so that they can enjoy life again.
I have specialized training in working with families to help support treatment at home as well as conquering picky eating in adolescents. Being near a university, I have a lot of experience helping college aged clients recover from disordered eating. I am also able to assess for higher level of care and support in finding the right course of treatment.
Reaching out for help is hard and takes a lot of courage. Many clients arrive to their first session having contemplated seeking treatment for awhile. I approach every client with compassion and non-judgement to help build rapport and develop a plan that meets their needs and guides them towards recovery.
