I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) passionate about helping people make peace with food and their bodies. My nutrition expertise will help you sort out the truths and lies we read about nutrition. A relationship with food and eating is not meant to be so complicated and scary. As a weight inclusive and non-diet dietitian, I use principles from intuitive eating and HAES (Health at Every Size) approaches while focusing on the important behavioral shifts needed in order to work towards long-lasting recovery.
