I aim to help others understand how to nourish themselves in a way that feels good and is flexible, instead of rule based.
I enjoy incorporating principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size to work collaboratively with my clients in order to help them identify sustainable goals and reclaim their lives and relationship with food. I work from a weight inclusive perspective and believe that everyone deserves respectful and inclusive care no matter their body size.
