Hi! I have been an RDN for over 10 years, working across South LA. From working as an RDN with pregnant women to offshore oil workers, I have learned a lot about what it means for people to have access to credible and digestible nutrition guidance. My mission as an RDN is enabling you to make choices that leave you feeling at peace with food and your health.

Dr. Chambers Pate is a Washington licensed Naturopathic Physician practicing in Covington and the New Orleans area. Dr. Pate utilizes alternative medicine using medical nutrition, botanical medicine, bioidenticals, homeopathy, orthomolecular medicine, exercise prescription and dietary prescription in her practice. Michaela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft. She strongly believes that making healthy, sustainable, and nourishing choices take time and a strong partnership between the client and herself.
