As a woman in her 50's, I intimately understand how our health and self-care can get put on the back burner while taking care of others. Regardless of how much nutrition or exercise knowledge a person has, it doesn't mean it is easy to integrate it into a daily routine. In my 40's, I took control of my life and health once again. I absolutely love showing other women how they can do the same through learning to fuel their bodies with quality nutrition, decreasing cravings and maximizing energy levels without depriving themselves of everything they love.
Having extensive clinical experience working in the hospital treating patients with acute and chronic illness, I specialize in prevention of disease. I love educating my clients on all areas that can affect our health and quality life and show them that it doesn't have to be difficult to make small changes that make a big difference.
I personally understand how the relationship with food and body image can become damaged as we age. We feel the constant need to look like the women we see in magazines and on social media.
