Nicholas Palumbo RD, CDE, DHP is a Registered Dietitian in Evanston, IL who specializes in digestive health, diabetes counseling and weight management. Nick earned his Master's degree in Nutrition at Bastyr University known for their "whole food" and natural approach to health and nutrition. Nick is also a Certified Diabetes Educator with over 10 years experience helping clients manage diabetes. In addition, Nick is a Digestive Health Professional having trained at the Food Enzyme Institute which specializes in identifying sources of digestive stress.

Ashley Walls specializes in working with clients interested in general healthy eating, and conditions including Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Celiac, Crohn's, IBS, Intuitive Eating, Weight Management and more. With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Amy is a Certified Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences Degree from the University of Arizona. Amy will use her 10 years of counseling experience with medical nutrition therapy for kidney, cardiac, diabetes and weight management. Amy helps you create realistic, sustainable changes that can go a long way in meeting your unique lifestyle goals. Amy enjoys weight lifting, rucking, hiking and biking in the mountains. Melanie Lewis is an experienced registered dietitian living in Chicago. Her curiosity for food and nutrition began at a young age harvesting and preparing the fresh fruits and vegetables grown right in her own backyard. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Penn State University. After graduation, she traveled to New Orleans, Louisiana to complete over 1000 hours of supervised practice at Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Her experience has allowed her to provide evidence-based nutrition education to diverse populations with a variety of nutritional needs.

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and lactation consultant.. As a mom of 3 boys who has tandem breastfed twins and practiced baby-led weaning when starting solids, my passion is to help support parents meet their breastfeeding goals and start solids without confusion or anxiety - no matter if you want to use a combo of formula & breastfeeding or a combo of baby food & baby-led weaning, I want to help. If you're thinking about incorporating some baby-led weaning because your older child has been a picky eater and you want to do it differently this time, I'm your person! I can also help with your older picky child.
