Hello! I’m Nikki a Registered Dietitian and Certified Nutrition Specialist here to help you feel your best from the inside out. I’ve spent most of my career as a dietitian in skilled nursing, eating disorder and addiction treatment, and outpatient counseling. However, I’ve always found the most fulfillment in the 1:1 counseling I get to do with my patients. I'm Denise Canellos, a Board Certified Nutritionist, author of Calm Your Inflammation, and university professor, specializing in effective nutrition therapy for cancer and chronic disease treatment. My husband George was diagnosed with colon cancer at 38. It was devastating for our family when George died from his cancer. I felt a pull to help others navigate the confusing world of healthcare and nutrition. After earning my MS in Human Nutrition, I passed my American College of Nutrition Board exam and started using science to help people like you get back their health and their hope.

Dr. Shu is a licensed naturopathic doctor, and is certified in Orthopedic Prolotherapy with Platelet Rich Plasma injections via American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Integrative Pain Management. Dr. Shu is also certified in Aesthetic Medicine via American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
