Over 23 yrs of practice has taught me how to treat many different, complex health issues. I specialized in Women's Health and Infertility for many years & provided on-site acupuncture for IVF patients the day of their embryo transfers. Digestive issues, stress & pain management, perimenopausal & menopausal complaints are a focus for me. I practiced in Los Angeles, Santa Monica & Beverly Hills for 15 yrs before moving to Portland in 2016. I am passionate about aging well - caring for our skin, keeping hormones balanced, getting restful sleep, means we can lead stronger, more active lives. The goal - to be your best after 50!

Supporting women thru pregnancies & labor so they recover fully helps them regain strength, stabilize moods & resolve any lingering issues like urinary incontinence or epidural pain. Home visits are available. I use a Japanese style of acupuncture that is very gentle, but effective. I trained in energetic bodywork - Shiatsu, Thai Massage & Chi Nei Tsang.

I also specialize in Cosmetic Acupuncture. These treatments lift & tone muscles, improve blood flow & collagen production, reduce puffiness - all to slow down aging & create a more radiant appearance.
