Hi, I'm Kristen! I'm an eating disorder Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and founder of The Intuitive Eating Center of NEO. I'm passionate about helping people become competent and happy eaters. I love to support my clients in finding a more peaceful and flexible approach to health and nutrition that feels unique and authentic to them. My approach is rooted in weight inclusive care creating a safe space for individuals of all sizes. I specialize in Health at Every Size (r) and Intuitive Eating nutrition therapy, eating disorders, disordered eating, PCOS and body image.

My focus is centered on designing a multi-faceted, personalized nutrition plan based upon each person's needs, goals, and health concerns. These plans are created to be not only feasible and sustainable, but able to create lasting change. Over the years I have dedicated myself to teaching, coaching, and motivating my clients as they strive to eat better and live a more balanced life.

As a registered clinical dietitian I've spent much of my career working with individuals struggling with mental health disorders and disordered eating. I strive to maximize client outcomes through a gentle nutrition philosophy based on an anti-dieting framework and develop treatment plans under the Health at Every Size philosophy.

Hi! My name is Sydney Huesman and I am a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people improve their relationship with food. I have over 5 years of dietetic experience, focusing on general pediatric nutrition, renal nutrition, diabetes management, weight management, metabolic disease, dysmotility, and performance nutrition. I look forward to using my expertise to help you achieve your nutrition and lifestyle goals.

I am a believer in the body's own strength and capacity to heal. Acupuncture is proven to be an effective form of therapy that encourages the natural healing process with no negative side effects. The focus of my practice is in neurological, musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, emotional and physiological disorders, woman's health, headaches, pain management, allergies and cosmetic facial rejuvenation.

Licensed by the State of Ohio for 15 years , I provide an unmatched array of services including but not limited to sports massage, deep tissue, neuro-muscular therapy/ trigger point, lymphatic/post-surgery lipo massage. Holly is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft, specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, IBS, and Digestive issues. Holly is passionate about assisting her clients find peace with food and their bodies. She uses a weight inclusive and non-judgemental approach to support her patients in breaking harmful cycles of dieting. Holly has 3 years of experience treating clients with eating disorders in higher levels of care including residential (RES) and partial hospitalization program (PHP).

Whether you are seeking relaxation or therapeutic massage, it is important to choose an experienced and caring health professional. I am now in my eighth year of practice, licensed by the state medical board of Ohio and insured by the American Massage Therapy Association. My knowledge of keeping the human body at optimal health is further enhanced by my experiences as a nursing student at Walsh University in North Canton.

Clem&Thyme Nutrition is a functional nutrition private practice. Leslie Edmunds, the owner, moved her practice to the Yellow Springs farmhouse location in 2017. She remodeled the farmhouse to include offices and a teaching kitchen. They also have a garden so their clients can take home produce from their appointments. Since moving to Yellow Springs, they have grown and now employ nine dietitians (Leslie, Jenna, Lei, Emma, Samantha, Jackie, Jaclyn and Natalia). In 2021, Clem&Thyme expanded and now has two additional offices located in Westerville and Dublin, Ohio.

Melanie Schaffer is a registered dietitian who holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from The University of Akron, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has extensive experience working with clients who suffer from eating disorders and disordered eating and has worked in all levels of care. Her motto is All Foods Fit and counsels from a non- diet, Health at Every Size, and weight neutral stance.

As a Holistic Registered Dietitian and Health Coach, Ashley encourages clients to step outside the nutrition box of fad dieting, and hyper focusing on individual food groups. We must look at the bigger picture for each individual. Nutrition is just one aspect of the whole person, in addition to exercise, mindset, environment, stress level, etc. Healing takes time and support. Ashley may just be the support you have been looking for. Ashley assists clients in understanding the pros/cons of common diets, and how to create a balanced plan based on your unique and specific needs.

Acupuncture is a wonderful way to bring balance and healing to the body. Its my goal to help my patients reach their personal health goals. At Innerchi, we use many forms of acupuncture and Chinese medicine including fire cupping, acupressure and the insertion of acupuncture needles to help facilitate healing and the movement of Qi.
