Dr. Qiling (pronounced "chee ling") Lu was a M.D. and Professor of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine in China.In the USA, Dr. Lu is certified by NCCAOM, the National Credentialing Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is also licensed in Arizona as an acupuncturist and herbalist. What services do you provide? I practice acupuncture and herbal treatments, and often use a combination of both. I have been practicing oriental medicine for more than 20 years. Treatment with Chinese medicine can help people build immunity to fight symptoms in general and feel well.

I have worked in both residential and outpatient clinics for individuals with anorexia nervosa, binge eating disorder and bulimia nervosa. In addition to chiropractic and acupuncture treatments, Dr. Moat is also trained in the application Gua Sha and kinesiotaping. Dr. Moat has experience with spinal decompression.
