I am a registered and licensed dietitian with experience working with sports teams, everyday athletes, corporate health and wellness clients, and teaching in an academic setting. I am passionate about helping clients make positive changes through nutrition education and motivational interviewing.

I have been a practitioner since I graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991. For my MS, MD and PHD degrees I specialized in the areas of neurology and gerontology.I practiced acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and TCM health Center in Minnesota from October 2004 to April 2010. I practice acupuncture and Chinese herbology in Jing River Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine Edina Clinic, Woodbury Clinic, Roseville Clinic and Hastings Clinic in different location now.

I specialize in sports performance and eating disorder care. I help athletes and active individuals ages 15-40 heal from disordered eating, an eating disorder or Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). My passion lies in helping others break free from diet culture, develop a positive relationship with food and achieve peak performance. I practice from an anti-diet, Healthy At Every Size (HAES) lens, meaning you will never hear me demonize food or bodies.

Dr. Liz Orchard is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor and founder of Be Well Natural Medicine Clinic. After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in pre-medical studies from the University of St. Thomas (2001), Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (2008), with honors, from the oldest fully accredited naturopathic medical school, National University of Natural Medicine, in Portland, Oregon.
