Stepping Stones Nutrition is a team of experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating and providing nutrition therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We practice nutrition counseling from a non-diet trauma-informed approach that honors lived experiences and the client as the expert of their own body. She is passionate about people and nutrition, and about helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Kaitie believes in a holistic approach to nutrition as a part of greater lifestyle change to maintain good health. My training allows me to address a wide variety of conditions. I have frequently treated people that have nowhere left to turn for relief. I try to treat the most immediate pain-causing issues, while also treating the musculo-skeletal(postural) patterns that are at the root of the pain. Most problems are not where the pain is being felt, so I use observation, client history, and just plain intuition sometimes to find the original trauma.

Dr. Alise Beccaria, DAc, MS L.Ac is licensed to practice Acupuncture and Board certified by the North Carolina Acupuncture Board and certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). In addition Alise is a certified Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. Alise received her Doctorate in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.
