I am a seasoned acupuncturist with a rich family background deeply rooted in the heritage of traditional Chinese medicine. My journey into the world of healing began within the nurturing environment of my family, where the principles of traditional Chinese medicine were ingrained in me from an early age. I work with all types of clients from athletes that desire maximum performance out of their bodies to back and neck pain sufferers. I specialize in therapeutic stretching (Active Isolated Stretching) which allows me to address all muscles and connective tissues in the body. In contrast, a regular massage is limited to approximately half. I have learned that all work is limited if the muscles are short and tight which causes problems. So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.

I am a long-term specialist and instructor of SHIATSU-ANMA therapy (traditional Japanese Acupressure and bodywork therapy) and AIKIDO martial art. Mastering those skills and improving the body’s energy vitality (KI) is a life work of mine. I am a devoted practitioner Shiatsu-Anma since 1996 and of Martial-arts since 1985. Nowadays teaching AIKIDO in Apopka, FL, and working in two offices, providing Shiatsu-Anma to health-seeking individuals. Previously was teaching Shiatsu and Anma in several Massage schools.
