I discovered my passion for healthy eating, cooking, and balanced nutrition while in high school, and then went on to receive my undergraduate degree in dietetics from The University of Maryland, College Park. I then fulfilled my supervised practice in the field through my internship with Rutgers University. I started my journey as a dietitian in clinical care with an acute care hospital, where I gained invaluable experience with medical nutrition therapy that I can take with me to my current clients in the private practice setting.

Todd George is a licensed acupuncturist and nationally board certified in acupuncture and herbal medicine. He received a Masters of Science degree in Oriental Medicine at Southwest Acupuncture College (MSOM) in 2005, and he has completed postgraduate clinical training in hospitals in Beijing, China. Todd was the first acupuncturist in North Carolina to complete the dry needling program of the Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series with Myopain Seminars, and he is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). He is also certified in neuroacupuncture, scalp acupuncture and electroacupuncture.
