I founded my company, Total Nutrition Technology (TNT) is 1993 due to my own struggles with weight and health. I understand that when it comes to weight loss & health management it is a personal journey- not a one size fits all. My mission is to help others sift through all of the misinformation we have been bombarded with by our society and help each individual find what is best for them and their lifestyle. Emily practices out of Health Loft and specializes in working with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Plant Based Diets, Digestive Issues, Body Image Concerns and other conditions. She strongly believes that all foods fit and strives to help clients in their food freedom journey. Using a weight neutral and non-judgemental approach, Emily believes that health is multifactorial and will work to see you as a person, rather than a diagnosis. Emily has spent the majority of her career in higher levels of care for eating disorder treatment (RES, PHP, IOP) treating various eating disorders diagnoses.

I love helping individuals of all ages to heal relationships with food, eating, and body image. I have experience providing nutrition counseling for different levels of eating disorders and disordered eating, Medical Nutrition Therapy for disease states, as well as general nutrition education from an evidence-based approach. I have a passion for busting nutrition myths and educating about what we can add rather than subtract from our diet.

I help my patients find the root cause of their disease or symptoms, and provide an individualized approach to treatment based on their unique needs. I specifically work with a lot of hormonal issues including menstrual pain or irregularities, PCOS, and fertility issues as well as digestive issues including bloating, constipation, diarrhea, Irritable Bowel, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, food sensitivities, and more. Aspire is an integrated practice, providing nutrition and mental health counseling, that has created a culture supportive of intuitive eating, using therapeutic interventions and mindfulness practices to enhance the nourishment of individuals. We are a team of social workers, registered dietitians and mental health counselors who are passionate about preventing and treating mental illness and improving overall community health. People easily understand the connection between nutritional deficiencies and physical illness, however few people understand the connection between nutrition, depression and mental illness.
