Hi, I'm Corinne. I’m a registered dietitian, nutrition therapist, and certified intuitive eating counselor with over a decade of experience. I support those in eating disorder treatment and recovery and clients with disordered eating and body image concerns. Ultimately, I help clients nurture a caring and compassionate relationship with food and their bodies. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults.

We eat at least 3-4 times a day or 21-28 times a week. Eating is an activity we have been engaging in since we were born. We used to know when we were hungry and when we were full. When this energy giving and life sustaining act becomes a source of confusion, guilt and fear, when eating becomes disordered and turns into a dangerous coping mechanism, it is time to evaluate what we are doing and explore how we can normalize our behavior so our minds and body can function in a healthy way to support our goals.

My treatment technique is gentle, multidisciplinary and effective for your lower back pain, neck pain or headache. I have been in practice for 30 years and continue to work on mastering my artful care. Your experience will consist of a thorough exam to determine the cause of your problem. In my practice I offer a unique application of the classical aspects of Chinese Medicine. In Chinese Medicine, there is no separation between mind, body, or spirit. I have worked in a variety of eating disorder settings including residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. My experience comes from working for the University Health Network, Toronto General Hospital Eating Disorders program, a world-renowned treatment facility with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I was a founding member of New Dawn Eating Disorder Program and La Ventana San Francisco division where I played a key role in the planning and development of the nutrition component in both programs. I presently see patients individually, I also conduct meal groups where individuals can get support with their eating.
