As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and Registered Dietitian, I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, mental health-informed nutrition, and gender affirming nutrition care. In practice, I integrate functional nutrition, holistic wellness and intuitive eating concepts to help folks reconnect with their whole being.

Dr. Adam Geiger is a naturopathic physician specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound and orthopedic medicine. Dr. Geiger graduated from the University of Michigan with an honors degree in biochemistry and completed the Naturopathic Medicine program at Bastyr University in 2005. He was selected for a two year residency in nutritional and orthopedic medicine with Thomas Dorman, MD at the Paracelsus Clinic and was trained in Cyriax orthopedics and prolotherapy. He remained on staff there until 2009 and in 2010 he started his private practice in Seattle specializing in regenerative and orthopedic medicine.

After extensive research and dissection of the human body during my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, I went on to massage school in Washington. My understanding of the the body and especially soft tissue led to my specialty in injury treatment and sports massage which entails deep tissue work, myofascial therapy as well as relaxation techniques to help your mind and your body get to a more efficiently functioning state.

As a nutrition educator I can help you learn about how food affects your health. As a nutrition counselor, I can help you with motivation and making sustainable changes while supporting your culture, preferences and lifestyle.

I have a growing practice of all ages. I enjoy working with people to unravel the symptoms they are experiencing. I've found that often the symptoms we are experiencing aren't always directly related to the area in the body with the dysfunction. Sometimes we have to treat several different parts of the body in order to treat our symptoms in other areas. The modalities I use not only work to treat the cause of the problem, but they also help the body to heal itself, which are two of the foundational principles of naturopathic medicine.

We offer an integrative alternative treatment option to those with long-term depression, who are not seeing results from traditional treatments (such as oral antidepressants or ECT). Ketamine therapy can provide rapid results (from hours to days), without the negative side effects often experienced with oral antidepressant medication. We are committed to helping patients identify and create their optimal health and strive to inspire through education, personal growth, and with this new and unique option for the treatment of mood disorders.

Ray graduated from medical school in China, where he had the opportunity to study and treat patients in hospitals with conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, sleep disorders, gynecology disorders, stroke, gastrointestinal disorders, upper respiratory disorders, emotional-related issues, urogenital conditions, chronic fatigue, circulatory, immune related and other stress-related problems.

My ideal patient is anyone who is looking to optimize their overall health, slow their aging and live up to their full potential. My goal as a practitioner is to treat each individual as a whole person, and not just a list of symptoms. As a society, medicine has broken up people into different parts and systems, all treated by doctors with different specialities. In practice, I truly work to see the whole picture and how all of these systems are interconnected producing an individual's current health concerns. I work with each patient to find the root cause of their illness and treat this cause.

I practice the gentle Japanese stye of acupuncture and I have trained in Tokyo, Japan in both 2006 and 2007. I have 15 years of experience in the field of acupuncture and I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain and injury rehabilitation, especially back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and foot and ankle pain and headaches. I have also had great success in treating women's health issues, particularly PMS, cramping, infertility, prenatal care and menopause.

I strongly believe in the power of food as medicine. I work with my clients to treat their health concerns using a natural, whole foods approach. My main areas of expertise include food allergies/sensitivities, digestive disorders such as IBS and SIBO, diabetes, and cardiovascular health.

Magdalynn Hays — Maddie for short — enjoys helping her clients prioritize their health by using a “food as medicine” approach. As a practitioner, Maddie’s goal is to create a custom plan for her clients that is science-based, true to the client’s needs, and, most importantly, fits into their lifestyle. Maddie developed a profound interest in nutrition and exercise (and the intersection between the two) during her undergraduate education at George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon. Although she was a competitive athlete for most of her childhood and early teens, healthcare and science did not initially appeal to her as a career.

I’ve counseled thousands of individuals and families with diverse health goals over the past 13 years as a corporate nutritionist at tech companies. My approach is informed by by Ellyn Satter, who developed the competent eating model and by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, who created the intuitive eating framework. For eating disorder recovery, I practice a family-based therapy (FBT) informed approach. For all of my clients, I treat you with compassion and respect.
