Emmilia’s passion for integrative medicine and whole foods nutrition has evolved throughout her life and career. After learning the transformative impact of integrative functional nutrition through her education at Bastyr University, and witnessing the shame, confusion, and damage that can come from a narrow approach to health through her work with patients, it has become clear to her that one-size does not fit all.

My areas of specialty are obesity, pre-diabetes and diabetes. I can also assist in teaching the keto or ketogenic diet. My focus within my Master's in Nutrition was on a core specialty on obesity, and within that I specialized in diabetes. Also able to help with healthy diets for pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding (I am a former midwife). I am a former diabetic, now in remission. My training has taught me that remission is possible for many people with Type 2 diabetes.

Dr. Heather Buckle is a naturopathic doctor who provides specialized support for chronic gastroenterology issues (GI).
