I have mostly worked as a renal dietitian but recently have been working with people trying to lose weight. My passion is helping people live a happier, healthier lifestyle. My primary focus is nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. I am passionate about helping to make a difference in people's lives so they can look and feel their best. Todd was the first acupuncturist in North Carolina to complete the dry needling program of the Janet G. Travell, MD Seminar Series with Myopain Seminars, and he is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). Hello! I am a Ghanaian-American registered dietitian working for Nutrition Healthworks with one masters in exercise science and another in nutrition. At Nutrition Healthworks, I enjoy helping individuals make sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle to promote lasting health.
