I believe in the health at every size approach when working with all of my clients. I provide nutrition counseling for intuitive eating, eating disorders and disordered eating. I enjoy working with people who want to embrace themselves as they are, ditch diet culture and bust nutrition myths. All sessions are currently virtual.
