I have dedicated my career to counseling and pursuing policy change to improve eating disorder treatment access and awareness in Arizona. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and am trained by Evelyn Tribole, one of the authors of Intuitive Eating and use the principles to facilitate eating disorder recovery in sessions. I'm a naturopathic physician who believes health is our natural state of being and it's my passion to help others feel vibrant and empowered on their own journey toward health and wholeness.
