Hi! I'm Erin Dragutsky, a registered dietitian in Memphis, TN and co-owner of 901 Nutrition, LLC. I am a non-diet dietitian, which means I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach nor restrict or eliminate foods or food groups. Instead, I work to understand each client's unique nutrition needs and goals and provide personalized nutrition information, encouragement, and accountability. Together, my clients and I change their relationship and behaviors around food by growing to trust their own intuition.

Balance Nutrition Counseling is a dietetic practice located in Nashville, TN. The practice was founded by Melissa Giovanni MS, RDN, LDN, CEDRD. Melissa is a certified eating disorders licensed registered dietitian nutritionist who believes everyone deserves a healthy relationship with food. We take a non-diet, health at every size, balanced approach to nutrition and wellness. Our process is based on proven, scientific information, not the trending fads of the week. We understand that what and how you eat can be a very personal and vulnerable experience. Therefore, we tailor our support to each client’s individual needs.

Hey there! I first went plant-based in 2017 due to health complications including high blood pressure. I ran into many roadblocks and could not find anyone who specialized in plant-based nutrition to help. This is what led to my focus on vegan/plant-based nutrition. It is my goal to help others become a happier and healthier version of themselves through nutrition. I am looking forward to helping you take your health and nutrition to the next level!

I am a NCCAOM Board Certified Diplomat of Acupuncture with State Licensing. I graduated at the top of my class and bring an additional 20+ years experience, as an RN, specializing in emergency room nursing. I provide a integrated perspective to healing and treat the root causes of disease while addressing the individual as a whole. I help provide individuals with the information they need for prevention of disease. I also help provide the skills patients need to heal themselves in a more balanced and lasting manner

I am a private practice dietitian and certified diabetes educator. I accept all major insurances. I provide one-on-one nutrition counseling services and specialize in diabetes. I help my patients improve their health and blood sugar through providing education, meal planning, reviewing continuous glucose monitoring data/food journals, and creating realistic and sustainable goals. I use an individualized approach to nutrition as I recognize everybody is different! She is a licensed acupuncturist with over twenty years experience. She has earned diplomates in Acupuncture and diplomate in Chinese Herbology from NCCAOM. With her education and work experience she has a great knowledge in combining acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to treat various chronic disease, male and female diseases, and pain.

My specialties are pain management for both chronic and acute pain, sports related and trauma injuries, emotional well being, and immune system support.
