I utilize a non-diet, weight inclusive approach to help clients make peace with their food and body and build trust in their internal cues. I operate from an all foods fit philosophy and incorporate principles of intuitive eating, mindful eating and Health at Every Size in my work with clients.

Disordered eating occurs on a spectrum and you do not need to be diagnosed with an eating disorder to be suffering! I also offer nutrition counseling services to help you achieve your health goals whether or not you feel you have disordered eating patterns.

There are two broad areas I treat: 1. Pain - all kinds but especially successful with backs and shoulders. I have studied and use some non-needle pain relieving techniques like NST and Kaufman Technique. 2. Imbalances - I treat through nutrition and herbs various imbalances in the patient - blood sugar syndromes, adrenal weaknesses, thyroid problems, liver issues, digestive disorders, etc.

All people are on their own healing path, seeking health and wellness when it is appropriate for them. I enjoy working with a variety of people: avid healthy energetic types who know the benefits of alternative medicine, to those who are skeptical, uncertain and feeling they have no other options. I primarily treat chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries. My belief is that these are often multi-faceted. Injuries can ultimately be a result of structural or movement imbalances that go beyond a simple slip and fall. Pain itself can have multiple causes; there are different "types" of pain. As such, patients often need a diverse approach and my goal is to help guide this process.

I'm passionate about autonomy and love helping women with natural birth control methods such as fertility awareness. I use the menstrual cycle as a diagnostic tool to learn more about the body and ways to optimize it so you can feel your best. I frequently treat women with PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, hypothyroid, and sub-fertility.

Xiangjun Dong, mostly know as Winnie Dong, is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by NCCAOM. Winnie is trained in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. Winnie truly listens to her patient, has a gentle bedside manner, and a passionate about helping patients resolve their health problems through treating the root causes.
