I also use this same philosophy among the athletes I work with and those struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. I teach my clients to empower themselves to start saying yes to foods instead of no. Changing the way we eat is a lifestyle change but it doesn’t have to be radical either. Nutrition does not have to be difficult, but somehow we have made eating food very confusing.
