I enjoy working with patients of any age with the goal of obtaining optimal health. I have extensive experience in treating pain, including back pain and migraines. I also have helped many women and men with gender specific issues including regulating menses, sperm quality issues, and infertility. My goal is to help my patients find relief of whatever symptoms they are experiencing. Another goal is to educate patients on self care, especially preventative care and nutrition.

I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor in Grand Rapids, MI. I offer personalized nutrition counseling, where I specialize in preventive health, recovery from chronic dieting & disordered eating. Together, we'll work to develop strategies, meal plans, and appropriate behavioral changes using evidence-based nutrition research & proven behavior modifications. I'm aligned with Health At Every Size (HAES) and strive to provide compassionate care in a judgment-free space. My goal for you: achieve body respect, freedom from food rules, and an understanding of how nutrition can help you achieve balanced health.

While I treat a wide variety of conditions, including chronic pain and digestive disorders, I specialize in fertility and am ABORM certified with advanced training in western and eastern reproductive medicine. I focus on listening to each individual, and believe working together is the key to achieving incredible and lasting results.

I have treated patients from automobile accidents with medical massage therapy since 2004. I travel statewide. With my experience, I can customize treatments and pressure from light to very hard and deep to fit a patient's needs. I am a thorough therapist with extensive knowledge when treating and I listen to a patient. I have a Masters in Exercises Physiology from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University. I was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan.
