I like to say treatment is like a "tune-up and oil change" for your self-repair mechanism. The goal is to get you to do what you could be doing for yourself, but aren't. As a result many problems can quickly resolve.

He helped more than hundreds of patients at UCLA Ronald Reagan Hospital, UCLA Santa Monica Hospital, and Beijing Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.

Hello, I’m Fuad (pronounced Fowad)! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in human nutrition and food science from Northern Colorado University. I am also a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with eighteen years of experience in the wellness field. My mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential through nutrition counseling and education using evidence-based nutrition and exercise science. My formal background in fitness combined with a functional approach to nutrition is foundation to my nutrition counseling.

I am a California licensed acupuncturist and nationally certified diplomat of Oriental Medicine with over 20 years of experiences in the field. I studied Naturopathic Medicine in Germany where I began my studies in Eastern medicine with emphasis in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicinals/Herbology followed by 6 months of intensive studies in Beijing International University of Chinese Medicine. After earning master's and doctoral degrees in Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine in the US, I have expanded my clinical experiences in Japanese Acupuncture with an externship in Japan as well as Korean Acupuncture other than Chinese Acupuncture.

Being a Western medical doctor first and then also a Chinese medical doctor, I have practiced integrative Western and Chinese medicine for over 30 years in hospitals in China before coming to the US as a visiting professor at UCSF and a professor at Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College Berkeley and practicing in my private TCM practice. With over 50 years of extensive Western and Chinese medical experience, compassion, caring, and a holistic approach, I have successfully helped many patients with various health challenges including difficult cases that could not be helped with only Western medicine.

Simonetta is a State Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 1988. She is trained in multiple techniques that include deep tissue, swedish, pregnancy, reflexology and sports massage. She specializes in therapeutic deep tissue and shiatsu-anma which are combined in her sessions. Her extensive work in rehabilitation therapy has given her the experience to help with specific conditions and heal chronic pain such as sciatica, tennis elbow and tendonitis. Simonetta was on staff at the Sports Club /LA in West Los Angeles for 20 years and has extensive experience with many doctors and chiropractors.

I enjoy the process of assisting my patients on the road to healing. In my practice, I use many clinically proven therapies such as acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, homeopathy, and also modern therapies such as ElectroMagnetic and Acu - Touch. Depending on your condition, I may use one or a combination of therapies to augment their effectiveness. For the patient, the bottom line is to experience health improvement.
