Lane is a Certified Registered Dietitian. He completed his dietetic internship at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial after graduating with a degree in Dietetics from Indiana University. Lane loves creating a safe space for his clients to share and does his best to provide evidence based medical nutrition therapy. He is also a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer, which allows him to combine his passion for nutrition and fitness. In his free time, he enjoys spending time getting creative. Whether it be through photography, drawing, making new recipes, or creating new workouts.

Kara Blohm, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, CDCES is a Chicago area Registered Dietitian, she holds two Master of Science degrees from San Diego State University - one in Nutritional Science and one in Exercise Physiology. Kara is a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) providing clear and concise education for diabetes management, helping you create healthy habits so diabetes fits into YOUR desired lifestyle. She also holds a Board Certification as a Specialist in Sport Nutrition (CSSD), working with recreational athletes and professional athletes alike helping them shatter their performance goals.

Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. Elisa is Chicago-based with several years of both pediatric and adult clinical experience at the University of Iowa and Lurie Children's hospitals. She is a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician and is also currently working toward a certificate in Integrative Functional Nutrition. Elisa believes in approaching health from a holistic perspective and the value of using food as medicine.

She has over 20 years of experience and has earned the highest level of diabetes expertise as a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist with board certification in advanced diabetes management.
