Individuals who ask the question "why" when given a diagnosis. Oftentimes these are people who are dissatisfied with the information and council given by Western pharmaceutically-driven medicine, which tends to be palliative rather than curative. For many, this dissatisfaction provides the motivation to explore health and the interconnectedness of the human body and mind, which is the foundation of naturopathic medicine.

I couple my passion for improving your relationship with food with keen clinical skills to collaboratively address your unique nutritional needs. Welcome to Nutrition Counseling of New England! Where I have the honor of working with individual clients, families, and worksites. I help individuals who are looking to quit dieting for good and instead heal their relationship with food. My clients learn how to healthfully prepare their favorite foods and enjoy them fully! I became a dietitian in 2013 because of a strong interest and passion for food. That passion for food started in my teens and ultimately fueled my decision to go to culinary school. i specialize in helping clients to know themselves. the stresses we carry infringe on many parts of our lives, both physically and emotionally. i offer each of my clients individual care, and assessment of all injuries with a unique perspective which often offers a plan to recovery. this may include techniques to deal with anxiety or sleep issues, or an exercise regimen based on 25+ years of yoga therapy trainings.in addition i have studied extensively in both eastern and western herbal medicine, which is helpful in all cases, but especially w infertility.

My ideal patient is someone who wants to learn about clean eating and healthy ingredients to put into AND onto their body and how just one ingredient can promote health or disease. For example, spinach or chicken may be toxic to my patient but healthy to someone else. Through customized nutrition treatment plans, genetic testing, application of Chinese medicine (when clinically appropriate), and meal planning my patients learn how to eat compatible, real foods for their body to eliminate the source of symptoms and health issues.
