I was trained at Zhejiang Traditional Medical College and Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medical University in China. After I received my Chinese medical degree in 1985 and MS degree in 1988, I worked as an Assistant Professor and Professor at the Medical College of Wenzhou, P.R. of China. After I received my Ph.D from Kanazawa Medical University, Japan, I engaged in both high quality medical research and clinical work in traditional Chinese medicine. Upon completion of my degree, I decided to continue my research in pulmonary biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, India. I am a professional member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and have attained massage therapy licensure in Ohio. I have had intensive training in Precision Neuromuscular therapy and certified in Spinal Reflex Therapy. Many clients seek me out when they are at the end of their rope & have tried everything to resolve pain. Over 23 years experience as a massage therapist. Virtually all physical pain has an emotional component either behind it or attached to it. So beyond treating physical pain I utilize EFT (emotional freedom techniques) to help clients deal with un-resolved emotional events contributing to their pain.
