A Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist for over 25 years, I work with both adults and children to meet their nutrition goals. I can help you with medical nutrition therapy for including diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypertension, abnormal lipid levels, and weight management. My philosophy is one of balance and moderation and my goal is to help you improved your nutrition and health within your comfort zone and lifestyle constraints. I have been practicing as a dietitian for 30 years and enjoy working with gestational moms and clients who need individualized counseling to treat their pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes and other health conditions. As a certified diabetes educator, I also work closely with dialysis patients in outpatient clinics. Vida is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping others improve their relationship with food and their bodies through a weight inclusive and HAES approach. She combines her extensive knowledge base and compassionate nature to create a trusting, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for clients.
