I work with all types of clients from athletes that desire maximum performance out of their bodies to back and neck pain sufferers. I specialize in therapeutic stretching (Active Isolated Stretching) which allows me to address all muscles and connective tissues in the body. In contrast, a regular massage is limited to approximately half. I have learned that all work is limited if the muscles are short and tight which causes problems. So it's mandatory to lengthen the muscles to get them working properly. I then do a deep neck and back sports massage combining Muscle Release Technique and other modalities.

Emily Stewart is a compassionate, Master's level Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Therapist with over 9 years of experience specializing in the treatment of Eating and Feeding Disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, orthorexia, and more. In addition to addressing these disorders, Emily is well-versed in managing commonly co-occurring gastrointestinal issues like IBS, IBD, GERD, food allergies/sensitivities, and hormonal dysfunctions such as PCOS, Hashimoto's, and Diabetes.

Dr. Qing Yi has the privilege being selected to study acupuncture in 1990 under an DaoIst apprenticeship, including martial arts training besides acupuncture practice under her master’s instruction, her constant cultivation continues strengthening her healing power with peace and compassion. Dr. Yi's intuitive healing abilities are deeply felt with each and every treatment because of her genuine care for her patients, and earned sound reputation among her patients from different countries. I graduated from the respected PCOM in San Diego and have a clinical specialty in gynecology and infertility from Nanjing University in China. Since graduation, I was the sports acupuncturist for Cirque du Soleil, La Nouba and the Orlando Predators. I have helped people recover from injuries, chronic pain and also corrected irregular menstrual cycles and helped women struggling with various fertility issues to conceive.
