Rebecca is a registered dietitian, board certified sports dietitian and a personal trainer with her Bachelor's degree in dietetics and her graduate degree in exercise and sports science from Iowa State University. She also has a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. Rebecca works with digestive issues, allergies, weight issues and with several athletes from various training groups - DC tri, Team Z, Team in Training, Pacers, and others. She also works closely with folks with multiple food allergies and has very extensive and personal experience in this area as well as with weight loss.

The Center for Counseling Families specializes in individuals, children, couples, and families. We offer a variety of specialties that include weight loss support, bariatric therapy, surgical evaluations, trauma-informed hypnotherapy, and immigration evaluations. Meirong Wang LAc graduated from China's Chengdu University of TCM in 1991 with a Bachelor in Medicine degree. She has more than 20 years of clinical practice in Acupuncture and Moxibustion as well as Chinese herbal medicine. She is now concurrently teaching acupuncture and supervising clinical work at South Baylo (Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) University VA Campus as well as practicing in NOVA Acupuncture & Moxibustion Clinic.

I specialize in treating clients with chronic pain, injuries, post-op surgeries, and PTSD. My ideal client has either migraines, hip issues, fibromyalgia, shoulder problems or injuries, chronic low back pain, or neck issues. They could also have PTSD with anxiety and depression as well and their pain is psychosomatic. Their goal is to minimize the pain and discomfort, help them recover from injury or surgery, and reduce tension related to stress, and anxiety. Amanda Diede is a master's level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 7+ years experience working with eating disorders. She is truly passionate about this work and believes recovery from an eating disorder is possible for everyone. Amanda specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, female athlete triad, chronic dieting, intuitive eating, mindful eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, and mood & anxiety disorders.

I am a registered dietitian with a board certification in Sports Nutrition. I presently see clients via a virtual telehealth platform, Healthie. I have over 23 years of experience developing Wellness programs and providing cutting-edge nutrition, fitness and wellness services to a wide variety of individuals and groups. My specialties include health promotion, weight management, sports nutrition, wellness and fitness. I have experience working with vegetarian diets, celiac disease and eating disorders.
