I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. I worked over 10 years in an ICU until realizing her passion was preventative medicine and helping people get and stay healthy. Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

I graduated with a Food Nutrition Degree in Taiwan and I obtained all types of traditional Chinese Healing: Acupuncture, Chinese Herbalist, Cupping, Meridians Tui Na, Reflexology, Scalp Massage, and Gua Sha. I am certified in Qigong Healing and Food Healing. When I came to the States, I obtained my Massage Therapist License as well as Cosmetology schooling to learn Head to Toe Treatments including skin care. I was also an instructor at Ayuroma Inc. practicing a variety of Massage Therapy and Treatments including Ayurvedic Massage and Hot Stone Massage while utilizing organic products that were formulated by the owner and me.

Michele is a Registered Licensed Dietitian with extensive experience in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. I not only have years of professional experience, but I have years of life experience. I see you as an individual with unique circumstances and needs. I enjoy getting to know each client and working together to reach attainable, sustainable goals. I practice what I teach and I enjoy the reward of a healthy life. I enjoy hiking, biking and yoga as exercise. There is an activity for everyone (walking is a great one!). I also enjoy gardening and cooking (specialty with food hacks!).
