She utilizes evidence-based research to help clients sort out the correct nutrition information from the myth. Lauren has experience working both the inpatient and outpatient settings seeing clients with a variety of health conditions, ages, and genders.

Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience working with those impacted by eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. For several years Erin worked as the lead dietitian at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level eating disorder clinic. She is currently accepting clients appropriate for outpatient nutrition counseling, and is a great fit for those looking to improve their behaviors and thoughts surrounding food, body, and/or exercise. Additionally, Erin enjoys working with athletes looking for help fueling, and those looking for help improving their lipid panel/cholesterol.

Acupuncture has essentially no negative side effects as it utilizes the body's own infinitely intelligent healing mechanism to produce healing. It does this by allowing the body to regulate it's own life force energy(QI) flow throughout energy pathways. What we feel as pain is blockage in the flow of energy and the blood that it circulates. At Wholistic Acupuncture Clinic, my goal is to promote the circulation of(QI)and blood throughout the whole body, thereby strenghening the immune system and allowing the body to heal and prevent further illness and pain.

In a 1995 Nutrition in Medical Science Class, I discovered that statistically, African Americans suffered disproportionately from many chronic diseases. I made it my goal in this life to discover a solution to alter the trajectory of the problem. Adrienne is an Integrative & Functional Dietitian with a private practice in Columbus, Ohio and extended service to clients nationwide and internationally. She has received her degrees from The Ohio State University and additional certification from Columbia University, Cornell University, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. For over 10 years, Adrienne has been delivering nutrition lectures, teaching cooking classes, providing individual nutrition consultations, as well as corporate wellness and medical lectures. She specializes in integrative endocrinology, neurology, and gastro-enterology to assist individuals with a range of health issues, as well as those seeking to achieve a higher level of wellness.

As a Holistic Registered Dietitian and Health Coach, Ashley encourages clients to step outside the nutrition box of fad dieting, and hyper focusing on individual food groups. We must look at the bigger picture for each individual.
