Barbara Dennis, RN, L.Ac., BSN, has received her professional certification for acupuncture through the NCCAOM and is a licensed acupuncturist with the state of Washington. She graduated from the Masters program in Chinese Medicine from Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Boone, NC. Barbara also has her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1992. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years with a variety of medical experience in critical care, hospice, home health and community nursing.

Sofia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in working with adults and adolescents with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, Digestive issues (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), Hormonal Imbalances (PCOS, etc.), and interested in Sports Nutrition. Sofia is passionate about helping others build a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Nutrition is not one-size-fits all, and Sofia believes in the importance of having a client-centered approach and providing personalized nutrition care. Hi, I'm Sharon, a functional medicine nutritionist and CNS candidate. Edward Chiu, LAc., DAOM, comes from a three generation tradition of Chinese medicine. His grandfather was an herbalist, and his father a medical doctor and acupuncturist. Dr. Chiu was trained in the US and in Asia, where he has done extensive apprenticeships with various master acupuncturists. He has been practicing for ten years and graduated from one of the first accredited doctoral programs in Chinese medicine in the United States. He is on the core faculty at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
