Our is to provide weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, using the principles of Intuitive Eating in a HAES aligned practice. Dana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of Illinois. She completed her internship at the UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital where she focused on community nutrition. Prior to her internship, she was awarded graduate student of the year while she completed her Master of Science degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences. Dana became a dietitian because she has a passion for helping others through food and lifestyle changes.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I am a Registered Dietitian licensed to practice in Illinois. I received my Bachelors in Nutrition Science with a minor in biological sciences from University of Illinois at Chicago. As an undergrad I participated in research related to diabetes, weight loss, physical activity and public health. I completed 1200 hours of supervised clinical training from Uchicago Medicine Ingalls memorial Dietetic Internship program. During my training I did research on nutrigenomics, diabetes, and weight loss.
