Her experience in yoga and dance has influenced her interest in a mindfulness approach to the clinical practice using exercise as medicine.

I am a Chicago suburb-based Dietitian who received my Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Southern Illinois University. I completed my dietetic internship and received her MBA in Healthcare Administration from Dominican University in River Forest, IL.
