I have a wide experience of treatments, everything from pediatrics to cancer. I am willing to work with anyone who is willing to give Traditional Chinese Medicine a chance.

Our is to provide weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, using the principles of Intuitive Eating in a HAES aligned practice. The intent of our counseling is to help people find peace with food freedom, develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and focus on gentle nutrition to manage and prevent chronic disease states.

I counsel patients making behavior modifications and lifestyle changes to help them meet their health and nutrition goals. I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating for over 10 years. My goal is to help women heal their relationship with food while nourishing their bodies. I help to educate and empower women through their recovery with disordered eating and negative body image. I listen and take into account the whole person in order to create a lifestyle and eating plan that is realistic for their lives.

I work with individuals suffering from multiple forms of health breakdown caused by a misalignment of the bone at the top of the neck that supports the entire weight of the head. The top bone in the neck, known as the atlas vertebra, can misalign from an accident or injury putting stress on vital body balance centers. This compromise can result in numerous health challenges such as headaches, migraines, tinnitus, insomnia, depression, anxiety, nervousness, digestive issues, trigeminal neuralgia, vertigo, high blood pressure, heart irregularities, fibromyalgia, herniated and bulging discs, neck and back pain, and many others.

Hi! I am Rachael, a registered dietitian nutritionist with a focus on gastrointestinal health and sports nutrition as well as overall wellness. I have experience in a variety of healthcare settings including hospitals, long-term care, rehabilitation, outpatient counseling, and higher education. I have a BA in Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado and an MS in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Living with GI disorders is difficult and I want to help my patients get out of pain and feel healthy again. I have a certificate from Monash University in low FODMAP-Diet instruction, which is used in IBS.

Majority of my experience has been at the inpatient level of care, most recently serving as the Supervisor of Dietitians and Inpatient Eating Disorder Program at a behavioral health hospital. I have also worked in transitional living, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient nutrition counseling. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I work throughout the spectrum of eating disorders with all aged individuals.

I specialize in clients with digestive disorders, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, skin conditions, allergies, sleep disorders, chronic pain, and sports performance.
