Studying at the Swedish Institute in New York City, I developed a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and practiced a variety of massage modalities. I have lovingly continued to develop my craft as an alternative healing student, massage therapist teacher and practitioner. Hello! I am a Massachusetts-based Registered Dietitian with the group practice, Karuna Wellness Studio, who sees clients both virtually and in-person in the Karuna office in Norwood, MA.
