I have been treating patients with Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine for last 25 years all around world. As a doctor in Change,clinic director and teacher I practiced in one of the most prestigious teaching hospital in Beijing China for 10 years before I came to MN USA in 1995. Since 1995 to present I have been helping thousands of patients in my own clinics ( located in twin cities MN). My patients come to me seeking the answers to their mental and physical health concerns, I believe the Clinic results is the best answer to my patients.

I am a registered and licensed dietitian with experience working with sports teams, everyday athletes, corporate health and wellness clients, and teaching in an academic setting. I am passionate about helping clients make positive changes through nutrition education and motivational interviewing.

I enjoy getting to know my patients in order to provide individualized, wellness-oriented healthcare. I was trained at Bastyr University as a naturopathic doctor. I help people with Lyme and chronic fatigue get their energy back through natural means that counterbalance the effects of more conventional approaches so that they are able to live their lives more fully, experiencing vibrant health. I also work with gastrointestinal issues like inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome, individualized detoxification protocols, adjunctive cancer support and education/counseling on a variety of women's health issues, including PMS, menopause and other menstrual irregularities.

I have been a practitioner since I graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991. For my MS, MD and PHD degrees I specialized in the areas of neurology and gerontology.I practiced acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and TCM health Center in Minnesota from October 2004 to April 2010. I practice acupuncture and Chinese herbology in Jing River Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine Edina Clinic, Woodbury Clinic, Roseville Clinic and Hastings Clinic in different location now.

I studied and practiced both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. I also received a Master degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle. I have over 20 years of experience in health care, as an OB/GYN doctor in China, a clinical research specialist in the department of OB/GYN at the University of Washington Medical Center, and a certified nutritionist for the US Federal WIC program. With knowledge, experience, and passion, I started my private practice of TCM in 1996.

I am passionate about helping others achieve the goal of restoring a balanced life physically, emotionally, and nutritionally altogether. We use a unique blend of assessments and therapies, most notably German auricular acupuncture and Nutrition Response Testing. We also use Chinese body acupuncture, low level laser therapy, botanical medicine and bodywork as needed.
