My ideal client is someone that has received a medical diagnosis that requires a gluten-free diet, such as Celiac Disease. They may be newly diagnosed, or still struggling with symptoms after already starting the gluten-free diet. They understand that their condition is lifelong and they want to learn how to best support themselves and their health by learning how to incorporate the gluten-free diet into their everyday life. I have twenty two years of experience in private practice and have ten years of teaching experience at Daoist Traditions, Asheville and the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Houston, Texas.
