Lakes Holistic Care is a multi-modality clinic which is patient focused, which means we are not a high volume clinic. We spend time with you to discover which type of stressors are effecting your health. We look at physical, chemical, and emotion stress factors. We offer Chiropractic, Massage, and Acupuncture to help remove those stresses. We strive to be a relaxing, warm, and friendly place to get well.

I am not accepting new clients at this time. My goal is to walk beside you on your journey to feeling better about meeting your unique nutritional needs. My hope is to help you reconnect with your body by identifying hunger and fullness cues, helping to manage critical thoughts about food or checking in on your grocery list. We can partner together to address your concerns to allow you to feel better physically and mentally so you can rebuild, strengthen and enjoy your relationship with food. My approach includes prescriptive, intuitive and mindful eating.

I studied and practiced both Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. I also received a Master degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle. I have over 20 years of experience in health care, as an OB/GYN doctor in China, a clinical research specialist in the department of OB/GYN at the University of Washington Medical Center, and a certified nutritionist for the US Federal WIC program. With knowledge, experience, and passion, I started my private practice of TCM in 1996.

I've seen firsthand the tremendous impact nutrition can have on your brain and body, after suffering a concussion with a multitude of related symptoms, I felt lost. Nutrition saved my brain, and improved my memory and concentration. In the process my gut health also improved, sugar cravings went away, and I slept better. I suffered a lot of different symptoms after my concussion and know my nutrition played a huge role in my healing process and where I am today.

Hello, I’m Lindsey! I am a registered dietitian passionate about supporting individuals and families in cultivating an improved and sustainable relationship with food and eating. Through experiences in working with those living with eating disorders, I have knowledge in guiding people of all ages and disordered eating types to find healing and recovery. Dr. Liz Orchard is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor and founder of Be Well Natural Medicine Clinic. After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in pre-medical studies from the University of St. Thomas (2001), Dr. Orchard earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (2008), with honors, from the oldest fully accredited naturopathic medical school, National University of Natural Medicine, in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Sharon Johnson-Eby, LAc., MSOM, DCM, is a Licensed Acupuncturist with NCCAOM board certification in Acupuncture, Master’s and Doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine. She’s the founder of An Medi-Zen, which utilizes both Integrative Health & Chinese Medicine. Her goal is to support and escort people towards achieving optimal health and wellbeing.  If you do not know where to begin or need help starting, I’m here to answer your questions.
