Hi! I’m Jo. I’ve been a pediatric dietitian for over five years and have worked with a diverse range of patients—from infants leaving the NICU to teenagers leaving for college. I speak with families for a variety of nutrition concerns, including managing picky/restrictive eating behaviors, poor growth, food allergies, celiac disease, irritable bowel disease, and both type 1 and 2 diabetes. Discussing weight and food choices can feel very personal for both parents and children; my role is to support the whole family and help make achieving nutrition goals as easy as possible.

I am dual-trained in both traditional Chinese medicine and conventional medicine. I have been practicing in the fields of Integrated Medicine and Oriental Medicine for more than 20 years. More than 15 articles of my clinical investigations and medical laboratory research have been published. She has served as a mentor for both acupuncturists and massage therapists/bodyworkers.
